YANG CHOW FRIED RICE
Yang Chow Fried Rice is a popular Chinese dish that is known for its flavorful combination of ingredients. It is a fried rice dish that typically includes a mix of diced vegetables, such as carrots, peas, and bell peppers, along with diced meat, such as shrimp, chicken, or pork. Ingredients
- 2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 2 LRG EGGS
- 4 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- ½ CUP CARROT, CHOPPED
- 2 OZ BEEF CHORIZO, CHOPPED
- 1 CUP SHRIMP, COOKED
- ¼ CUP MAGGI® LIQUID SEASONING SAUCE
- ¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 4 CUPS WILD RICE BLEND, COOKED
- 1 CUP LETTUCE, SHREDDED
- 1 TBSP GREEN ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 TSP SESAME OIL
Preparation

1Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok over medium heat; add eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.

2Add remaining tablespoon olive oil to wok. Add garlic, onion, carrot, chorizo and shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. Add MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce and pepper.

3Stir in rice, scrambled egg, lettuce, green onion and sesame oil. Transfer to a serving plate; serve hot.
