A tuna and zucchini burger is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional meat-based burgers. This burger combines canned tuna, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, and various seasonings to create a flavorful and nutritious patty. The tuna provides a good source of lean protein, while the zucchini adds moisture and a subtle vegetable flavor. The mixture is typically seasoned with ingredients such as garlic, onion, herbs, and spices like paprika or cayenne pepper. The patties are then formed and cooked on a stovetop or grilled until they are golden brown and cooked through. Tuna and zucchini burgers are often served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of condiments, creating a satisfying and lighter burger option.
