HERB-ROASTED CHICKEN

The chicken is typically rubbed with a mixture of herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage, and garlic, which infuse the meat with aromatic flavors. The skin of the chicken becomes crispy and golden brown during the roasting process, while the meat remains juicy and tender.
