DIJON PORK CHOPS
Dijon pork chops are a flavorful and savory dish that combines juicy pork chops with a tangy and creamy Dijon mustard sauce. The pork chops are typically seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then seared to develop a golden crust. The Dijon mustard sauce is made by combining Dijon mustard, chicken broth, cream, and herbs like thyme or rosemary. The sauce is then simmered until it thickens and coats the pork chops, creating a rich and velvety coating. This dish is often served with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side of steamed greens.
