Coconut curried shrimp is a flavorful and aromatic dish that combines succulent shrimp with a creamy coconut curry sauce. Ingredients
  • 2 LBS SHRIMP (SHELLED AND DEVEINED)
  • 4 TSP MAGGI® SEASON-UP FISH
  • ¼ CUP GREEN SEASONING
  • 2 TBSP CURRY POWDER
  • ¼ CUP WATER
  • 2 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 TBSP GARLIC (MINCED)
  • ¼ CUP ONION (FINELY CHOPPED)
  • ½ CUP MAGGI® COCONUT MILK POWDER (DISSOLVED INTO 1/2 CUP WARM WATER)
  • 1 CUBE MAGGI® ONION AND GARLIC CUBE
  • 2 TBSP CHADON BENI (FINELY CHOPPED)
Preparation

    In a medium bowl season shrimp with MAGGI® Season Up and Green Seasoning. Marinate overnight or minimum 30 minutes.

    Combine Curry Powder with ¼ cup water and set aside.

    Heat oil in heavy iron pot, add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add curry paste and allow to cook 2-3 minutes or until thick.

    Slowly add MAGGI® Coconut Milk to the pot, stirring to incorporate. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add shrimp, MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube and chadon beni, stirring to coat the shrimp in the coconut curry sauce.

    Cook on high heat for 3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve with white rice.
