COCONUT CURRIED SHRIMP
Coconut curried shrimp is a flavorful and aromatic dish that combines succulent shrimp with a creamy coconut curry sauce. Ingredients
- 2 LBS SHRIMP (SHELLED AND DEVEINED)
- 4 TSP MAGGI® SEASON-UP FISH
- ¼ CUP GREEN SEASONING
- 2 TBSP CURRY POWDER
- ¼ CUP WATER
- 2 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 TBSP GARLIC (MINCED)
- ¼ CUP ONION (FINELY CHOPPED)
- ½ CUP MAGGI® COCONUT MILK POWDER (DISSOLVED INTO 1/2 CUP WARM WATER)
- 1 CUBE MAGGI® ONION AND GARLIC CUBE
- 2 TBSP CHADON BENI (FINELY CHOPPED)
Preparation

1In a medium bowl season shrimp with MAGGI® Season Up and Green Seasoning. Marinate overnight or minimum 30 minutes.

2Combine Curry Powder with ¼ cup water and set aside.

3Heat oil in heavy iron pot, add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add curry paste and allow to cook 2-3 minutes or until thick.

4Slowly add MAGGI® Coconut Milk to the pot, stirring to incorporate. Cook for 2 minutes.

5Add shrimp, MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube and chadon beni, stirring to coat the shrimp in the coconut curry sauce.

6Cook on high heat for 3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve with white rice.
