Ingredients
  • 2 LBS CARROTS, CUBED
  • 4 CUPS WATER
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
  • 1 TSP NUTMEG POWDER
  • 2 TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  • 1 CAN NESTLE® SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, 395G
  • 1 BOX CARNATION® FULL CREAM EVAPORATED MILK, 250ML
  • ½ CUP DRAGON STOUT® (OPTIONAL)

    Place carrots and enough water to cover in blender, pulse for 3 minutes. Strain contents into a pitcher and discard the leftover pulp. Repeat the process until all the carrot has been blended and strained.

    Add all remaining ingredients into the pitcher and stir until fully combined. Chill until ready to drink.
